Technician Initials

Initials, Init, Tech, ID, Code, or Abbr

Unique technician ID. A unique text string of up to 15 characters. It is a required field, may not be empty, and may not include apostrophe (‘) characters. If an existing record with matching data in this field is found then that record will be updated.

Technician Full Name

FullName or Name

Technician name. A text string of up to 30 characters.

E-mail

Email

E-mail address of technician. A text string of up to 200 characters.

This field will only be imported for licensed users of version 3.1 and higher.

Payment Method

PaymentMethod, PayMethod, or Meth

Payment method for this technician. A text string with a specific set of acceptable values. The text value Percent is recognized in all versions. The text values Percent and Flat are recognized only for licensed users of version 2.3 and higher. The text value All is recognized only for licensed users of version 2.4 and higher. The first letter of each acceptable text string value is also acceptable.

Parts Commission

PartsCommission or Part

Commission rate in percentage on parts for repairs by this technician. A percentage amount from 0.000 to 100.000.

Labour Commission

LabourCommission, LaborCommission, Labour, Labor, or Lab

Commission rate in percentage on labour for repairs by this technician. A percentage amount from 0.000 to 100.000.

Flat Rate

FlatRate or Flat

Flat rate monetary amount to be paid for repairs by this technician. A monetary amount from -999999.99 to 999999.99, or from -99999999 to 99999999, depending on the number of currency decimal places specified in the Windows regional settings (see Entering Numbers).

Hourly Rate

HourlyRate or Hour

Hourly rate monetary amount to be paid for repairs by this technician. A monetary amount from -999999.99 to 999999.99, or from -99999999 to 99999999, depending on the number of currency decimal places specified in the Windows regional settings (see Entering Numbers).
