Each label can be configured individually to either bypass the print dialog window and automatically print the label (the system default) or they can be configured to open the print dialog window which allows you to view or print the label (see Optional Dialog Windows).

To toggle whether or not each available print dialog windows should be displayed, select View  Optional Dialog Windows  from the main menu and select a label from the dropdown list. A checkmark will be displayed beside labels for which a print dialog window will be displayed. Further, menu captions for those labels will end in the standard Windows ellipsis (…) suffix when a dialog window is to be displayed, or with no ellipsis if the dialog window will be bypassed.
