Repeat Repairs
This report is a summary of all repeat repairs for the same make, model, and serial number for a specified period of time (see Repair Orders/Invoices).
The report includes the total number of repeat repairs. And it may be filtered by repair vendor, make, model, repair technician, warranty plan, business location, and whether to include warranty repairs.

Vendor |
Enter an assigned repair vendor account number for which to generate the report, 0 for miscellaneous vendor accounts, or leave blank for all vendors. Optionally, select the repair vendor name for which to generate the report. Only repair vendor accounts that have had repair orders subcontracted to them will be included in the dropdown selection list. |

Make |
Enter or select the make for which to generate the report or leave blank for all makes. |

Model |
Enter or select the model for which to generate the report or leave blank for all models. |

Technician |
Enter or select the technician for whom to generate the report or leave blank for all technicians. |

Warranty Plan |
Enter or select the warranty plan for which to generate the report or leave blank for all warranty plans. |

Bus. Location |
Enter or select the business location for which to generate the report or leave blank for all business locations. This report option is not available in the Repair Lite and Repair Micro editions. |

Warranty |
Select whether to include all repair orders (the system default), only repair orders under warranty, or only repair orders not under warranty. |

Date Range |
Enter or select the starting date for records to include on the report or leave blank for all records before the ending date. Also enter or select the ending date for records to include on the report or leave blank for all records after the starting date. The date range is based on the received date. |
Repair orders that have no serial number, or the serial number “None”, are not included on the report.

This report is available only for licensed users of version 2.4 and higher, and is not available in the Retail SQL and Retail editions.
