Repair Subcontract Packing Slip

The Repair Subcontract Packing Slip form is generally printed as a shipping document for an item and its accessories that are being sent to be serviced or repaired by a third-party repair vendor.

The destination address is positioned 1 inch from the left edge of the page so that it will be visible in the window of a standard Number 9 size windowed envelope (3 inches or 9.8 cm tall, 8 inches or 22.5 cm wide) or Number 10 size windowed envelope (4 inches or 10.5 cm tall, 9½ inches or 24.1 cm wide). The window may be from inches (1.6 cm) to inches (2.2 cm) from the left edge of the envelope.

The Repair Subcontract Packing Slip form may be configured to automatically print each time a Repair Subcontract form is printed (see Repair Subcontract Packing Slip Form Options).

Printer options such as the default printer, number of copies to print, source paper bin for each copy, and duplex printing can be configured from the forms setup area. Additionally, form layout options such as whether to print your company name and address or graphical logo in the form header, whether to print an attached digital photograph and a standard notice may be configured (see Repair Subcontract Packing Slip Form Options).
