Language of Communication
Communication directed to your customers (i.e. not internally within your business) may be presented in English, English and French combined, or English and Spanish combined. This includes all forms (see Form Types), selected reports (see Repair Status Listing, Customer Statements (Ledger), and Customer Statements (Open Item)), automated SMS text messages, fax messages, and e-mail messages (see Repair Status Notices, and Repair Status Listing Reports), and automatically generated web pages (see On-line Repair Order Entry, and Repair Status Web Site).
To select the desired language or language combination,
first close all windows within the main program shell and then select
Setup 
Language from the
main menu and. The selected language is local to an individual workstation.
French and Spanish are available only for licensed users of version 2.2 and higher. If additional reports are required in French or Spanish, or if any report is required in another language, then a custom form or report may be required (see Forms in Another Language, and Reports in Another Language).

Fonctions Françaises (French Language Features)
Le logiciel est disponible en anglais. Cependant, il vous permet de communiquer avec vos clients en français. Les fonctionnalités suivantes peuvent être configuré pour imprimer ou afficher en anglais et français :

Características en Español (Spanish Language Features)
Mientras que el software en sí está disponible en inglés, soporte ha sido añadido para que pueda comunicar con sus clientes en español. Las siguientes características del programa pueden ser configuradas para imprimir o ser visualizadas en inglés y español:
• Todos los formularios.
• Algunos informes escogidos que comúnmente son enviados a sus clientes y que no son exclusivamente para uso interno.
