Exporting Warranty Cards

This data export includes all records from the main Warranty Cards module (see Warranty Cards).

The data export defaults to the comma-delimited (.csv) file format. It may be filtered by customer, make, category, warranty plan, and days remaining in the warranty.

Export Option Fields

Field	Description
Customer	Enter an assigned customer account number for which to export data, 0 for miscellaneous customer accounts, or leave blank for all customers. Optionally, select the customer name for which to export data.
Make	Enter or select the make for which to export data or leave blank for all makes.
Category	Enter or select the category for which to export data or leave blank for all categories.
Warranty Plan	Enter or select the warranty plan for which to export data or leave blank for all warranty plans.
Days Left	Enter or select the number of days left remaining in the warranty to include, from 1 to 999999, or 0 for expired warranty cards. The system default is 999999.

Exporting warranty cards is available only for licensed users of version 2.1 and higher, and is not available in the Repair Lite and Repair Micro editions. The additional export options are available only for licensed users of version 2.7 and higher.
